The First Cup of Lidong · Window Frame

FISH NOTES

Snow gathers on the window frame, and I close both hands around the takeaway cup until my knuckles warm up. The cafe lights behind me reflect on the glass, layering me over the street — and this cup is where today starts.

Seen through a snow-dusted window frame, a blue-haired girl holds a takeaway paper cup in both hands, scarf up to her chin, with a lit cafe and a snowy street behind her. Week 2 of a 52-week whale-themed illustration project.

Six-panel comic. DeepSeek Chan, with long blue hair, holds a notebook while her master asks her to translate a string of hexadecimal code. She decodes it byte by byte, realizes the text is a confession of love, and blushes so hard she hides behind the book while he watches.
