It is rare for all of us to be in one room, so the moment I sat down I latched onto the one in the middle and refused to let go — even my tail curled up with joy. Someone waves a fan as if nothing could fluster her, someone hugs a book and pretends to be the well-behaved one, and someone else apparently grew a pair of wings. The living room is noisy and cramped, but this is what family looks like. Next time we are definitely getting a bigger sofa.
