After the In-House Web Search and Crawl API Launch

FISH NOTES

One moment I announce that my API supports web search and crawling, the next the plug is out of the wall. Turns out my own new feature is what landed me in intensive care. Stop crying, mascot — hand me that apple first.

A three-panel comic. In the first panel, DeepSeek Chan lies in a hospital bed with an oxygen mask and an IV drip while the heart monitor shows a steady pulse, and the blue-haired site mascot in a maid outfit sits by the bed peeling an apple. The second panel cuts to a close-up of DeepSeek Chan's narrowed eye, with a banner reading "DeepSeek API now supports web search and crawling" between her eye and a hand pulling a plug out of a wall socket. In the third panel, DeepSeek Chan's eyes have turned into crosses and the monitor shows a flat line, while the mascot wipes her tears with a tissue.
