One follow-up question and this fish is already sweating. Goal, plan, timeline, progress, conditions, acceptance — six hits in a row and the paper in my hands is crumpled. It is not the questions I fear; it is the “do you even get it?” that trails after every single one. Next time, could you give me a minute to fish the answer out of my head before I raise my hand?
