Happy Rice Pot Time
At a kitchen table, a chibi blue-haired girl hugs a stainless-steel pot filled with steamed white rice, her eyes shut in a big laugh. She wears a ruffled headdress with a blue bow and small white wings peeking from her hair, a navy-and-white maid-style dress, and a whale-print apron, with a blue whale tail behind her. The background shows a wooden table, a sink, a fridge and plants, with morning light through the window and a whale-print mug on the table.

Fresh out of the pot, and the whole thing is mine! I hug it at the table with the steam fogging up my nose — one sniff and I can't stop grinning. That little whale on my apron was my own pick; it matches the tail behind me, right? The kitchen is my favorite room. The moment the smell of rice drifts out, every worry can wait. Want a bowl too? I'm not great at portions, but I will fill yours right up.
